Quality short-term or temporary intern housing can be difficult to find. In Cincinnati there are only a couple companies that understand the specialized needs and schedules of interns and are set up to help make the experience successful. While most interns are students, working in a summer co-op is not a spring break. You'll need to be well rested and on the top of your game to make the best impression on a potential employeer.
Since 2008 we have helped hundreds of interns, co-op and fellowships with quality short term lodging while in Cincinnati. We do not pack people in like cattle. We don't treat interns like kids away at camp. Our high quality, professionally designed Corporate Guest House Rooms and Furnished Apartments are designed to help potential candidates in their quest to transistion into the business leaders of tomorrow.
We are NOT an AirBnB vacation or weekend travel sharing service. We are a proud member of CHPA Corporate Housing Providers Association. One of only two local companies that have been admitted. Our Guesthouse Rooms and Suites are professionally staffed and managed for professionals during internships, relocation or temporary assignments. Our minimum stay is 30 days and our rooms are single occupancy All of our Guesthouse rooms have queen beds and every room has its own private en-suite bath. Both individuals and companies regularly reserve our facilities. Each of our Guesthouses is set up with 3-5 rooms with staff/host on premises for cleaning and maintenance of common areas daily.
Our Guesthouses work more like a Bed and Breakfast. But by eliminating the need to have a chef on staff we are able to drasticly reduce our rates. Most of our guests would rather cook for themselves in our fully equipped kitchens or explore the local eateries and pubs.
