Since 2008 we have helped 320+ individuals and families find quality furnished housing available in Cincinnati,OH. Many of these folks were coming to the city to work as consultants, engineers or interns on temporary assignment or relocating but needed to come to Cincinnati in advance of their family for several months while the kids finished the school year or while they completed the sale of the house.
Some of these folks find that one of our fully furnished Cincinnati apartments is the perfect arrangement. But for a large percentage of our guests needing a short term furnished living arrangement a spot in one of our corporate guesthouses is even a better option.
We are NOT an AirBnB vacation or weekend travel sharing service. We are a proud member of the Corporate Housing Providers Association. One of only two local companies that have been admitted. Our Guesthouse rooms and Suites are professionally designed, staffed and managed for professionals during relocation or temporary assignments. Our minimum stay is 30 days. Our rooms are single occupancy but we can accommidate visits from spouses. All of our Guesthouse rooms have queen or king size beds and every room has its own private en-suite bath. Both individuals and companies are welcome to reserve our facilities. Each of our Guesthouses is set up with 3-4 rooms and there is staff/host on premises for cleaning and maintenance of common areas daily.
Our Guesthouses work like a Bed and Breakfast. But by eliminating the need to have a chef on staff we are able to drasticly reduce the rates for our housing. Most of our guests would rather cook themselves in our fully equipped kitchens or pickup food on their own anyway.

A friendly word of caution......
If you are simply traveling or need to find a place to live for a stay for less than 30 days you may not have many good choices other than a good hotel or a GOOD extended stay. But a word of caution as you go about your search.
Of the hundreds of people we help find short term housing throughout each year there is a reoccurring story that we hear over and over. They found a "cheap" place and made a reservation before they left home and now they're here in the city, and it's horrible...they feel unsafe..it's disgustingly dirty...bugs...unsavory neighbors....Do yourself a favor, If the place has "extended stay" or "value" or "Inn" somewhere in its name, do a more in depth search on a review site like google reviews,Yelp or Tripadvisor and search for the exact local location. Some of these hotel businesses are franchised and do a fairly good job, some are disgusting. Some of the "value" places may have even changed their name to try and escape bad reviews. Be careful out there, we want you to enjoy your time in Cincinnati. Most of the city is a joy but every city has it's "maybe you should avoid" kinda places.
